why does my b/f bulk mail have only dating site?

I was wondering if that person go to those website (dating service site, etc.) that’s how they get your IP and send all those dating ad into your email…. does anybody know the reason why a person’s email get all dating service site? what is that suppose to mean???? plz explain if you know what is the cause.. thanks!
I just notice i have a few dating service ad in my buld mail too… but i know for a fact that i dun visit those site. EVER!!! n e how… thanks to all for your answer.

u send ur email to get access to these sites then they spam you

They just sent that junk if you put your email anywhere. Don’t worry about it.
sounds like he checks out dating sites and then gets emails from them. That’s the only way they would get the email address. I would ask your bf if he is happy or if he wants out. Find out why he would be looking in the first place.
i think you’re paranoid, you cant get someone’s email form their IP and you shouldn’t be reading his email. pour guy.
It doesn’t have to do with IP addresses.. They purchase or find a listing of email addresses and send an email to all the poeple on the list… When you give your address out to people/companies on the internet, (some not all) they will sell them to spamming people/companies.
You have to be careful who you give your address to in order to advoid spam… But it is inevitable that one day you will get spammed and once you get one, you know more will follow…
