Why do I get SPAM emails that someone else wrote in my email bulk folder?

It says my email, it’s usually in my bulk folder(I think that this has happened 2 or 3 times), but I never sent it out, the materials aren’t mine or anything I like and in fact I abhor this sort of thing. . .
Have I been phished?
What can I do to stop this?
Should I change my password?

Unfortunately that is something I think we have to put up with. I’ve talked to a no. of people abt. it. It’s worse than it used to be. I always check to make sure none of my incoming e-mails from friends or business go there, as I have had some do.
