How do I keep getting bulk or spam mail in my regular email when I have all junk mail sent to bulk mail?

I clear my bulk mail daily… is there someone at yahoo we can complain to for better service and how ?

I have the same problem. I get about 5 spam emails every day now when I used to get only 1. Someone must be falling down on the job….)(
sign up for two accounts. Give out one address only to freinds and family. Use the other for when you surf the net and must supply an email address. Just sign in once a month and check and delete them all. Thats what i do and i never get spam. Ever.
Keep deleting the stuff you don’t want as SPAM.
When a spam message shows up in your Inbox, click the Spam button. That’ll report it to Yahoo!, so that they can try to put it into the Bulk folder for you next time.
GO TO YAHOO OPTIONS AND SEE WHAT THEY AND FOLLOW THERE RULES
